The site is rectangular with 1,180 feet of frontage on Kimberly Road, and between 1,720 and 1,823 ft. deep towards Niskey Lake Road.  The western portion of the site overlooks Niskey Lake and bounds the Niskey Lake Road subdivision.

 

Sewer

The closest sewer that can be found at the time of this writing is 2,000 yards to the North at Ashley Cascade, a 300 unit apartment complex developed by Integral.

 

Water

An 8" City of Atlanta water line runs along the western side of Kimberly Road, the entire 1,180 linear feet.  None of the property is located in a floodplain per the FEMA maps.
