Since 1986, the principal of City Realty Advisors, LLC has sold over one hundred twenty (120) parcels of Urban land in Atlanta with a market value exceeding $200 million, including the Federal Reserve Site (originally 11 acres), the 15 acre Walmart Site at Gresham Road and I-20, numerous residential development sites, 10 Peachtree Place, three of the four corners at 14th Street and West Peachtree Street, Sterling on the Park and the Medical Arts Building.

In 2006, Mr. Holdroyd finished 2nd in the land category as awarded by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, with $66 million in sales, all of which were in Midtown.

Over the last five (5) years, Mr. Holdroyd has been responsible for the sale of three complete city blocks including the assemblage of 6th, 7th, Peachtree and Juniper Street representing Novare and Renaissance Square at Piedmont and Ralph McGill in conjunction with Alan Joel Partners, Inc.

Mr. Holdroyd is an eighteen (18) year board member of the Midtown Alliance, and currently sits on the oversite committee for streets and right of ways and Midtown Blue and Green.  As a consultant, he is responsible for the formation of the Midtown Improvement District with an annual budget exceeding $5 Million.  He was also responsible for negotiating and acquiring 65 easements on West Peachtree Street (including the Academy of Medicine), Peachtree Street and 10th Street, allowing Midtown to construct its new streetscapes.  He has also acted as a consultant and expert on Midtown land values on behalf of Georgia Tech and various law firms in condemnation hearings.

Mr. Holdroyd is the recipient of the Ann L. Cramdon Award for the cleanup of the Federal Reserve Site, and a special award for the formation of the Community Improvement District in 2001 both awarded by the Midtown Alliance.

Prior to forming City Realty, Mr. Holdroyd acted as the senior asset manager and director of workouts for two large international banks from 1983 to 1995. He is responsible for the stabilization and sale of over $600 million of real estate, including 5 condo projects in Florida and various office, industrial and retail projects across the southeast.

Laura began her real estate career in Midtown Atlanta at City Realty Advisors in 1999, partnering with Tim Holdroyd. She was later appointed to Vice President, focusing not only on marketing, but also on various projects in Midtown including the sales of 908 Juniper Street, 794 Juniper (home of CAVU, Salt, and now, Avra), the corner of Ponce and Peachtree and the redevelopment of the Spring Three Lofts. At City Realty, she also assisted in the planning and implementation of the formation of the Midtown Community Improvement District, assisting in the acquisition of easements to facilitate the streetscape project on West Peachtree Street between North Avenue and 14th Street.

She then moved to Inman Park Properties, Inc. in 2004, where she was the Leasing and Sales Manager, assisting in the successful sale and leasing of office, restaurant, and retail space.

In October 2007, Laura launched re:advisors, inc., commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in office and retail in the intown Atlanta market. re:advisors was acquired by City Realty Advisors in June 2008, and once again, Laura King and Tim Holdroyd have joined forces leasing and selling commercial real estate all over Intown Atlanta.

Laura is a graduate of the Midtown Alliance Leadership Program, an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and Georgia State University's Real Estate Club.

Her speciliaties include office, retail and restaurant spaces in Intown Atlanta.
