SITE DESCRIPTION

The site is a flag shaped lot with over 400 linear feet of frontage on Kimberly Road and 2,000 linear feet deep.

Sewer

Fulton County has a 22 foot recorded sanitary sewer easement between the subject site and two manhole covers located in the adjacent subdivision called Reunion Place at the western boundary line of the subject.

Water

An 8 inch city of Atlanta water line runs on the western side of Kimberly Road along the subjects entire 263.69 linear feet of frontage.

Topography

Currently the site is being surveyed and flagged by Terramark Land Survey, Limited (Phone: 770-421-1927).
A topographic is survey is also under way. As per Fulton County's aerial topographic survey the site falls 80 feet from
east to west and there are visible rock outcroppings throughout the property. No seismic studies have been completed at this time.
