The entire property, including an assignment of the two ground leases, was purchased in April 2008 for $3,200,000.  At the time of the purchase, Laz had secured a 300 space commitment from the AJC.  While in the first six months of ownership, Laz executed the deal for up to 240 parkers, this business was slowly dissipating as the AJC downsized and finally moved to the Perimeter in 2009

The building has gone through extensive renovations since the Laz ownership, including the buildout of 2,500 SF of new office space in the basement, installation of guard rails, concrete replacement, new signage and lighting, which has totaled more than $100,000.  The 7,602 SF Chandler Wyant parcel currently contains a restaurant use, who pays $1,200 per month
