ACCESS & PARKING

There is a two car garage under the building, with access from Mangum Street. The metal garage door provides great security. There is ample street parking on Centennial Olympic drive, as well as some street parking potential on Mangum, as it is a dead end street, ending in the rear of the subject property. It is anticipated that the plans for construction of 106 Mangum will need to include the addition of sidewalks on Centennial Olympic Park drive.
