LOCATION
The site sits south of Centennial Park, directly west of Barry Development's, 350,000 square foot office building called 55 Allen Plaza (Ernst and Young’s headquarter building) and W Hotel now under construction, north of Centennial House (a Novare condo project) and faces the World of Coca Cola. It is approximately 300 yards east of the Georgia Aquarium.

Because of the “walk ability” and current SPI zoning of this site, additional parking for retail use is not required. The activity of the surrounding area makes this site a prime location for a multi-use residential/hotel development with lower level retail incorporated into the project.
In addition, the site is located in the best school district in the City (Centennial Place Elementary School, Inman Middle School and Grady
High School).
