With all the new development under construction or in place, the demand for street front retail has never been stronger. Because of the “walk ability” and current SPI zoning of this site, additional parking for retail use is not required. The activity of the surrounding area makes this site a prime location for a multi-use residential/hotel development with lower level retail incorporated into the project.

In addition, the site is located in the best school district in the City (Centennial Place Elementary School, Inman Middle School and Grady
High School).
