The site slopes gently from Huff Road to the Howard School road. The rear of the property has 20 mature oaks on a lawn facing the Howard School sports fields. This area remains undisturbed under the renovation plans.

Access & Parking

There are two curb cuts on the Huff Road frontage of the property, which act as a dropoff and loading area for the building.

The primary access is West Lane, a city street immediately east (towards Howell Mill) of the property which leads directly to the parking area. Essentially the Purchaser has its own city street as its driveway. Included with the entitlements is an improvement to the intersection of West Lane and Huff Road.

The site currently contains 26 parking spaces that are paved and striped, however, the plan calls for 60 parking spaces to be constructed in roughly the same location.
